ĐÁNH GIÁ CÁC YẾU TỐ NGUY CƠ VÀ TỈ LỆ NHIỄM VIRUS VIÊM GAN E Ở 150 PHỤ NỮ MANG THAI

Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, đánh giá các yếu tố nguy cơ và tỉ lệ nhiễm virus viêm gan E ở 150 thai phụ (đối chứng với 89 phụ nữ chưa từng mang thai đến thời điểm nghiên cứu), tại Bệnh viện Sản nhi Trà Vinh. Kết quả: Thai phụ tuổi từ 16-49, đa số từ 26-35 tuổi (45,33%); làm nội trợ (46,00%), lao động phổ thông (44,00%); trình độ học vấn ở trung học cơ sở (73,33%); sống ở nông thôn (86,00%); sinh hoạt bằng nước máy (62,00%); đã kết hôn (100%) với 44,0% mang thai lần đầu, 11,33% có tiền sử nạo phá thai, 14,00% có tiền sử sảy thai, 48,67% chưa có con; 2,47% có tiền sử nhận truyền máu, 1,33% có tiền sử vàng da lần mang thai trước; 2,67% có tăng AST, 2,00% có tăng ALT, 1,33% giảm tiểu cầu. Tổng số HEV IgG(+) và HEV IgM(+) ở phụ nữ mang thai nghiên cứu (8,00%) cao hơn so với phụ nữ không mang thai nghiên cứu (1,12%), khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê với p = 0,0348.
